Tournament Rules:

1.         All entrants' subscriptions must be paid in full.

2.         Tournament entry fees (£2 per event per person) must be paid in advance with the entry form.

3.         Please ensure that you are available to play on Finals Day before entering.

4.         All open matches are the best of three tie break sets.

5.         All handicap matches are the best of three short sets.

6.         First team players are not permitted to play together in the Mens or Ladies Doubles. Partners will be drawn for the Mixed Doubles but first team players will be kept apart.

7.         Winners to record the result on the tournament draw.

8.         Please check match fixture lists for court availability. Courts will also not be available during Junior coaching on Fridays.

9.         New balls are available for each match. Please contact a committee member in advance if you do not have access to the ball locker.

10.      The person at the top of the draw is responsible for contacting their opponent to arrange their match – please do not delay in arranging matches.

11.       The Tournament Committee will strictly enforce the 'play by dates' for each

round.
