From Gosforth Lawn Tennis Club To Parents: In the future it is the committee’s intention to provide recognition to members (both junior and senior) at both social and tennis events organised by the club. One way of doing this will be to take photos of the participants on such occasions.

To Gosforth Lawn Tennis Club: I do not /give permission** that should a photograph(s) be taken of my child(ren)* whilst participating in social or tennis activities organised by the club, that their name(s) and photo(s) can be placed on the club website and or notice board.
